You guys are from the Cove and don't know what a D-I player looks like and just cheer for the hometown team because someone said it was close to home ha, ha.

Start at 2000 then. PSU was better in 01 and 02 they didn't play 1aa or get killed. So 2 better years. WVU 00 and 03.
Don't want 02 to go PSU's way? Add 1999 then and PSU has 99 and 01, while you have 00 and 03 with a tossup.
YOU HAVEN'T BEEN BETTER THE LAST 5 YEARS EVEN THOUGH PSU IS ON THIS TERRIBLE DECLINE AND WVU IS ON THE RISE?????
