Can the T-Wolves overcome the Lakers?

Post by CRLionDawg »

Garnet has finally met his match, or so it seems. Can they pull it together to run with the Lakers and handle the physical beating underneath from Shaq and Malone?

I sure hope so.

Nope, the TWolves don't have much of a chance against the overpowering Lakers. The only way they can even make this a series is if KG plays like he did in game 7 against the Spurs. If the Wolves don't win game 2 this series is gonna be over in 4!

The Lakers will beat the T-Wolves in 4 or 5. The Lakers are just too much for them. They have a lot more talent and have been in this situation before. Minnesota is just happy they made it this far.

I would like to see the Wolves pull it off. But listening to them talk after game 1 they are already making excuses.

i agree the t-wolves are happy to be there and the lakers should take advantage. garnett may lead then to 2 wins, but no more than that. as much as i dislike him, sam cassell's injury really hurts the wolves.

after last night, i think the wolves might be able to get inside the lakers heads. 3 double techs, and they all were because the wolves did something to cause a reaction. theyed better beat them mentally, cause i dont think they can with talent and physically.
