who are some people to watch out for next year in the throwing?

mike young is pretty much bedfords best returning thrower, throwing the jav around 158 this year

Guy Miller might be good in the shot, and Adam Henderson is coming up in the discus. What about Zach Hobbs, is he a senior?

Oh, and be sure to look out for yourself in the javelin, lol. Good job at districts there.

mike young does have good potential in jav. does he throw shot?

fleaflicker, what was guy millers pr in shot this year?

no mike doesnt throw shot, but that reminds me that troy harris also threw some shot this year..his first time ever throwing and hes in the mid 40 feet range so if he continues next year i expect near 50'

Guy's PR was about 40 feet and 3 inches this year, unless he threw further at the county meet or district meet. But I think that was his distance at the county meet. Next year he should be mid 40s I think (hope).
