fiction - Dawg, just go back and watch some tapes of him the past few years. he was horrible.

check out this site for some in-depth reports on gildon:
http://www.stillers.com

these guys go overboard on how bad he really is, but after reading some articles, looking at the pics they put on there, and then paying attention to his play during a game, I went from a gildon fan to wanting him gone. While they go overboard on their analysis, it at least opened my eyes to how bad his play really is.

Thank you. I wasn't even going to respond that silly post about Gildon being the best linebacker ever. No one would even take that statement seriously.

Fiction, he was named the franchise player a couple of years ago keeping him away from free agency, which i thought was a good move at the time, but that was at the end of i guess what you could call his "dominance", because nobody played there besides him. dont get me wrong he will be missed by Steeler personel, because he is a hell of a guy, but on the field i doubt they will miss him at all.

I still think you are wrong. WHat did the Steelers have to p[lay for the past couple of years. I think Gildon was sandbagging collecting his paycheck. Imagine him suiting up in a Ravens uniform!

Is it true that gildon got cut by the bills. I heard a fragment of that on the radio, just want to check my resources..and to further prove that HE is not the best linebacker ever.
