Ill tell you a good guy that would have some time on his hands that would make a great coach at some level for some Bedford County team is Steve O'Neal. Great work ethic, relates well to the players, has a super knowledge of the game and how to train.

Give him a call.

Although Ridge already has a great coaching staff I am sure he would make a good addition...but you could have the best coaching staff in the world and they could lose every game if they don't have the kids come out , work hard, and WANT to play...I think Ridge has those kids in players like Coach Stultz,T.J. Miller, Kevin Fickes, and others....that is why in the past Ridge has had succesful seasons.

It takes both. But, a good coach can take average talent and create a competitive team.
