Re: Northern Bedford Football
I think Northern Bedford would play better if they lost the all black look. Its better to look good than feel good.
Why?

Re: Northern Bedford Football
I like the all black uniforms, but they need to bring back the white pants and go all white on the road and have a nice alternate look with either black pants white top or white pants black tops. I like the new helmets and logo as well. Metallic chips are nice for HS teams.
Re: Northern Bedford Football
i think they would look good in plain white pants,,,black tops with white trim or vise versa and white helmets with a black inch stripe in the middle front to back,,,,and black face masks,,,,,the helmets would be schutt helmets and everything else nike

How did they look in the scrimmage?
Re: Northern Bedford Football
The teams came out hitting and really excited to play football. It was a neat little game, and I hope it turns into a tradition. The team plays Ferndale tomorrow morning, so we will know a lot more then.
There is still work to be done in the next two weeks...

It's a bit tough to tell a whoel lot from a controlled scrimmage, but they can give indicators about conditioning, timing, strength at positions, etc.
Heading out to the Pine-Richland/Shaler Area scrimmage right now on the Astro Play at Shaler Area HS.

And the preliminary work is being layed for a fine KO return compliments of W~T. The early look at the "bud" is promising for this year. The kids love it!
