township ripping up d-6

Im talking from an outsiders input. Granted I came from CT. and some of my friends play for them. But I believe that the year we had to win d6, if we even could have was last year. The amount of talent that graduated last year from our school, in every category, band, football, academics etc. was incredible. I believe that almost all of our starters on the soccer team, for both sexs have left. Im going to say that if we could have one d6 it was last year. I know west. is good. I played against them in jr. high soccer and elementary soccer. And i believe that the losses we suffered were at the hands of west. and vice a versa. It would be a heated battle if we played in the same district. Not putting down this years starters for soccer, but they dont account for jack compared to last years.

CTtrackster, I know you are right, last year Township graduated one of the best classes ever athletic and academic wise. But the soccer team this year is just as strong, if not stronger than last years squad. What made us so good last year was our team play. This year our team play is just as good, and everyone has good individual skill. This years team has virtually the same defense and our offense is twice as good as last years. We will be scoring more and letting in about as much as we did last year, which is not alot. So saying this team is not nearly as good as last years is just plain dumb. But you are entitled to your opinion (even if it is wrong).

i agree with kappa, last years class was great, but this years team is really impressive. This year we will go just as far, if not further than we did last year. All of our mids and strikers have amazing scoring and dribbling skills. Our defense has been great in front of me. I couldn't ask for anymore from them. Last years team was great, but i do think this years team will be just as good.
