Penn State had a good win today beating UCF 37-13. This gives PSU some well needed confidence going into the game against Wisconsin next week.

yes they do have a rough road ahead. I still don't see Zach Mills starting off strong at the beginning of the games. He needs to read the defense a little better and stop making some freshman mistakes. The running seemed a little better this game, but it was only central florida.
Hope PSU does well.

im as hard core as they come when it comes to psu fans, but they looked like crap today. the potential is there, but zack is downright embarrassing. dump the deadwood and put in morelli

Mills is a puzzle. Some of the interceptions weren't his fault, but the fumbles? What's up with that?

i like mills. i dont know what it is. i think he is a good leader and just needs to be a lil more conservative on the field. i think he will have a good game against wisconsin as long as he plays within himself.

talking about controversy, there is no way dan conner should not be starting. derek wake, the defensive captain, is not a good linebacker. he is always out of position and does not play the run well at all.

i have been very encouraged by the defense so far this season. even against boston college, they only allowed 21 pts off of about 20 to's. when psu wins games this season, it will be b/c their defense controls the game and their offense avoids turnovers.

you are absolutely correct about conner, that boy has a nose for the ball that ive never seen! you dont even see him until he tackles someone. wake is terrible, hes too slow for linebacker, and has no agility or tackling skills at all.

They just have no LBs look when they play ave. teams or good teams they get smacked so what does that tell you. Better keep the cupcake teams coming because those are good games for you guys to make yourselves feel good!!
