That made no sense Wrasslerfan. NBC will go out and play their hearts out like they do every week. It might not be as successful as it has been the past 4 weeks. They've been playing with a lot of heart and desire so far. So I wouldn't be surprised by anything.

NBC isn't good enough to compete at this level.......the game may be close but I highly doubt that NBC will be able to beat Juniata Valley....NBC does play with a lot of heart and desire but they won't be able to match the talent of Juniata and that will cost them the game.

can't compete at this level? what are you talking about? NB has showed people that they CAN compete with the more "loaded" teams in the area. i wouldn't underestimate the panthers. JV has quiet a bit of kids and quiet a bit of speed. if the panthers get out to an early lead and keep the intensity, they might be able to pull this one out. however if JV gets ahead, they'll try to run away with it

You can't underestimate a team that has heart. JV is a really talented team and many weapons. They are solid up front too. NB has a big task ahead of them this week. It will be a tough road, but NB has been there before. Look for NB to show heart and attitude. JV will probably win this game.

I agree! Heart does have alot to do with sports and especially in highscool. NBC always has great fans so playing at home will also help. However I am afraid they don't have enough to hang with JV. They have had an emotional couple weeks with the rivalry games and that will eventually wear on a team.

i have seen both of these teams play. Juniata Valley is tough and they dont ever quit. Claysburg looked dead towards the end of the first half and JV was just getting going. The key to this game will be matchups. and i think that w/ kids like eric wagner, ian feathers, and tommy swope stopping the run, nb will stay in this unless they get tired. JV didnt pass much, which is good w/ nb's style of D. NB does what they have to do to win the game, and if they suck it up and hustle the ENTIRE game, i could see a big upset......if they start sucking wind, JV will blow them out. I have faith and am going to predict NB 35 - JV 28....

Come On' Holly you cant give up on the Panthers! You were once a panther yourself dont turn on them. I havent seen JV play but i think that if NB plays with teh intesity that they have been playing with they should stay in the game. And who cares about pre game predictions the past 3 weeks NB has been predicted to loss. We will find out friday how things turn out.
