I believe Turk will fit in just fine in D-1A ball. He's been working hard throughout the past couple years lifting, running, etc. He went to Valley Forge to prepare himself for a footabll career and it's exactly what he did. He got bigger and stronger and made himself a formidable force. I would highly doubt all these schools would be interested if they felt he wasn't going to excell at the next level!

i have seen the turk on film and the guys i watched him with mentioned over an over he has great lateral movement, great feet, and if he ever goes down he bounces right back up. he will make a great left tackle for one of those great programs recruiting him and will be the best prospect ever from the area!

It seems to me goodbuddy you just made that comment to get at HOLLYWOOD. Holly was a tremendous athlete and just flat out could play football and this kid had a set of hands. Holly was well known throughoutthe state as well as nationally as well with his feat in basketball. SO I would beg to differ about your comment best prospect ever. Equal yes but not better.

Well Hollywood...not to sound like a jerk or anything but I don't think that I will be able to do what you have done...and just maybe you didn't do what I might have the chance to...because to be quite honest I am an offensive lineman you were a wide reciever....but if you don't think I have done anything special that is ok...I am not gonna argue back because everybody has a different set of values in their own mind...I feel that I am a decent player trying to play at the next level...Sometimes I have bad plays and sometimes I have good plays...But if you don't think I am a good player than that is fine...I am not gonna argue with you and fight with you becuase there is no point to...you have played on a college team and you know what the o-line is like so maybe you have your own opinions on how good i am...and like I said before, I think I am a decent player becuase i have some colleges looking at me

Goodbuddy's post was to get at Holly too I believe.... If that is his opinion though it is his opinion. I still think AJ and his brother were both amazing talents though.

I like Turk's response and modesty. That doesn't look a thing like some posts he made last year at this time, where he came off in a way that many people didn't like. I'm anxious to see where he decides to go!

Turkovich deserves some credit. I hope he succeeds. I think at least one conversation about college prospects can be had without drooling over the Nastasi's. They accomplished something special. But, they were not and will not be the only ones from Bedford county to succeed at the D1 level.

soon bedford county will have athletes going d-1 on a regular basis, and even the professional level everett will be like the next aliquippa or beaver falls, small schools with d-1 kids every year.

I take nothing away from the nastasi's. But Mike should be allowed to get some recognition without being compared to the Nastasi's.

i dont think bedford county is going to have kids going to D1 on a regular basis....and i highly doubt they have too many pros come out
