What the HECK!

Post by ham55 »

How many more times will we be subject to stupid managing against the Yankee's in the post season. Let a rookie in, in his longest outing of the year, in game 2 of the DS. AH IM DISGUSTED!

It wasn't as bad as Grady Little's move last year. But you're asking a lot from a pitcher when he's used to pitching 1 inning, and you have him go three. I don't question the move of leaving him in, since he use to be a starter. But I do question not having anyone up in the bullpen. That was just bad coaching. Hopefully, he won't pull any dumb moves like that one, and the Yanks get upset.

I was pretty ticked off myself! The yankees always seem to find a way to win.

Well yeah. When you have what has proven to be the best baseball team over the past 100 years, its pretty easy to find a way to win.

when you have a payroll of $150 mil dollars more than your opponents', it makes it even easier to find a way to win.

seriously, here is what i want in the playoffs. yankees to beat the twins then face the red sox. the astros to beat the braves and face the cardinals. then have the sox beat the yankees and face the cards in the world series. then have the red sox lose in the world series to the cardinals. why do i want this?

1. i hate the braves
2. i hate the yankees even more, and losing to the red sox is the worst way for them to go out.
3. the cardinals were the best team all year plus they have one of the best fan bases in the country. they deserve a winner even though i dislike tony la russa.
4. the red sox should never be able to win a world series. that should be a rule just the same as the infield fly rule.
