ham55: check out the PFN poll in the Mirror is a better poll. Don't know if Ridge or Beford or whoever is in there this week. Just think it is not as top-heavy with D-7 and D-3 Schools.

If you looked at "A" Berlin isn't even an honorable mention at 5-0!

I haven't seen a news paper in over 3 months, i just copy pasted what was on LHsports. Berlin would get smacked by BC let alone Southern Columbia. A is so stacked its unreal.

I agree that BC would beat Berlin. But I do think that Berlin is one of the top teams in the area that play A ball. D'Carrion is a real tough kid.

wait a minute here, hambone and gunTHer....ALL ICC teams are lousy?? what about mo valley and Juniata valley?? i guess they each got 5 forfeits, and even though i HATE cocky ridge people, they are not great, but far from lousy, and NB, Bellwood, and BG should just hang up the season, cuz they are worthless, right?? now don't get me wrong, i like bedford and i realize they are leaps and bounds above some teams...but to call some undefeateds lousy??? ..... oh well, maybe i'm just contradicting(sp)myself....what do i know anyway???

None of those teams you mentioned are lousy! They just play at a different level than the LHAC teams. Most of the with the exception of Ridge are small and can't compete at the same level!

i said this somewhere else a day or so ago, but ill say it now...ridge is a great football team, BASED ON THEIR COMPETITION....everything is all relative...ICC teams compared to most LHAC teams could be considered weak or even lousy, likewise, LHAC teams in the WPIAL would be lucky to hit .500 every year. and Alliquippa would be lucky to even smell playoffs if they were in west texas. everything is relative...ridge has a good team compared to the standards of their conferance, but to other standards, they can appear to be lousy (even at 5-0)

Berlin is undefeated but not even an honorable mention in the Patriot Poll.
