That should be one very interesting game. Everett has a very strong offense with Eickel (the forgeign exchange student), who is awesome at corner kicks so watch out. But Bedford has a tough defense with Athey at goal. She's an awesome goalie, I must say. Bedford's offense is also very good as well. I watched most of the Bedford vs Everett game during the County Cup. It was neck and neck throughout the whole game and the girl's were getting very agressive and physical out there. It's really too hard to predict who will win...anything could happen on any given day. Good luck to both teams!

Speaking of these local county team games...it won't be too long until Ridge plays Bedford and Everett. Any predictions for those games?

So how did this game turn out? I was going to come and watch it but, unfortunately, I had a party and couldn't make it.

bedford 2
evert 1

evert's goal came 2 minutes into the game during the hail storm, it was by far one of the most pathetic goals ive ever seen, the bedford keeper was lookin right into the wind and hail and had no chance at all of seeing the ball roll right by her.

That must have been a great win for Bedford and a real confidence booster also. My guess is that they wanted it even more than usual this time since they lost to Everett in the County Cup Tourney. Revenge is always fun. 8)

Last time we played Everett they scored a goal for us too. That's something they might need to work on.
