Where is deliverance at now? Are you convinced he is the real deal yet or not? Down 10 in the 4th frame, who led the Steelers down the field 3 times, one to be stalled by a holding penalty, for 14 points? Played through an injury, and threw NO picks. What a win for a Steelers team to go into a bye week to have 2 weeks to prepare for the stop of the streak. WOW is all i have to say right now...

I agree - I ate my words earlier, now it's deliverance's turn. This kid is the real deal.

I was really impressed with the flea-flicker play. Maddox would've been sacked there, as would most QB's. But Ben turned a would be sack into a first down. I'm very impressed.

Definitley, he displays the knowledge of a veteran quarterback and has the running ability that Maddox lacks. Ben found a job in Steeler country.

Yeah, he impressed the heck out of me today, and I already knew he was good. But he's 21 of 25 (84% completion rate) for 193 yards, 2 TDs, and no picks. Wow!

now the question is, if/when maddox gets healthy...who plays?

IMO i would go with ben on this one, i think he's the new steelers quarterback.

Yes I agree count, I would go with Ben. He has done more than enough to earn his position and to put Maddox in would be wrong after Ben has done so well. Keep him and we'll continue to see more Steelers magic!

No brainer...there is NO WAY that Maddox plays again unless Ben gets hurt or starts to play terrible football. Ben is the QB of the future and the future came early....everyone has seen the potential and it is way above what was expected. He won't get yanked because it is for the good of the Steelers...

Here is the real question...

Larry Foote has been in for Kendrell Bell all year. Foote has been spectacular in my opinion. I wonder if Bell gets back in there? Sure he is faster, but Foote has played great football for the black and gold. I say keep Mr. Foote as your starter!

Hmmm, that is a good question. I love Bell but the way Foote has been playing I think he should keep his spot. Maybe they can find an alternate position for Bell, he's a very talented and to not use his skill would be a waste. Good question.
