correct, even if they win out, they are still out, the cutoff date was 6 days ago, all games played after that do not count and since widge didnt have enough points before then to make playoffs, they will be starting basketball season a lil early

how long has this been goin on gunner? because my freshman year...we played mcconnellesburg in the first round of the playoffs, and if we would have won our last regular season match-up we would have played berlin

im not really sure, i know when i was in 8th grade (1999-2000) Bedford was district 5, then my freshman year ('00-01) we moved to district 6 and have been there ever since. my guess would be that when they redid the enrollment numbers it bumped widge to AA

Ridge is listed on the District 6 website. This just happened about a week ago. Prior to that Ridge was listed among the District 5 teams. Their record is not listed on the District 6 website, which means that their scores have not been reported. Also, the 8th place team in D6 has a record of 5-13. They may still be ahead of Ridge due to the power component, but you might want to have your AD make sure.

well...my freshman year (01-02) we made it in D5 playoffs and faced mcconnellesburg in the first round..so unless it has changed since then...i don't know...this all confuses me

wildcat, district 6 AA is only taking the top 6 teams, central cambria is the lowest team to qualify this season.

Did not know that gunner. I guess Ridge is out of luck. By the way, did you see the ManU vs Arsenal game yesterday? I have to wait until Wednesday, when FoxSportsWorld will finally get around to broadcasting it. After seeing the final score, I think it will be worth the wait.

well...doesn't this suck for ridge...one of the best seasons they've ever had and they don't make it to playoffs because of a stupid cutoff date...thank you very much dick fisher!
