travis broadbent

for those of you that dont get the mirror , former JV star travis broadbent will be going into rutgers hall of fame saturday during the wvu game. it says broadbent started 29 career games and made 2nd team all big east as a jr and was considered a top five center and projected to go in the first 3 rounds of the draft. but he tore his acl his last season and was never able to realy get well. i know that travis was a good pitcher in high school as well. congratulations travis!!

That is great and too bad he has to do it in a game where they will get smashed like every other year we play them!! Couldn't they do this on a game they can win??Go EERS!

travis is a great guy, i realy dont think it will matter to him whatever happens with the game. it would have been nice if he wouldnt have gotten injured and would have made it to the pros. hes very deserving!!

Yeah injuries are part of the game and happen to everyone!! I know of many people that could have made the pros if not injuried!!

i gist of my post though is that he is from this area. lots of guys from who knows where could have made it to the pros if they hadnt gotten hure but not many people in this area have that oppurtunity in football or any sport to make it to that level
