Bedford would run it up, i would guess 60-35 as a final...give ridge credit though they are still a good team...but anyone who thinks ridge would win...two words...Troy Harris...or your crazy

Any team can keep a scrimmage close.

Re: chestnut Ridge. vs Bedford
CRLion, look, I dont want to come on here and talk trash on Ridge all the time, but you people need to seriously wake up. Chestnut Ridge was a disaster when they played quality competition. Their LH stunt was a humiliation. Ridge then went to the ICC, and you're bigger than all those schools. You are more competitive in the ICC, but you should be. There is absolutely no chance that Ridge would beat Bedford this year. They'd beat you 10 out of 10 times, by at least 14 in each of those contests, usually the score would be by 28. You say it's evidence that Ridge plays quality teams in scrimmages, and that you took on Tyrone. Let's please realize that scrimmages are after 1 or 2 weeks of camp, where the whole team is usually different from the previous season. Anyone can keep it close, when both teams have no identities yet. If you played Tyrone into the regular season, they'd beat you by 35 points. Huntington would beat Ridge, in a normal Huntington year, by 50. Now, listen. going to the ICC is definitely a good move for Ridge, and I commend you for for your season. But don't act like Ridge can hang with Tyrone and Huntington. You guys couldn't even hang with McCort and FH, and Tyrone and Huntington are better programs than both of those.

Slow down and listen to what I said..
This comment applies to most any situation.
I did not in any way try to build up CR.
I agree with you on your analysis of the program there.
What I said was this. In general, to help challenge yourself and identify where your weaknesses are it is better to play someone better than yourself. What good does it do to go up against a weak sister and blow them away?
I dont care if you ar Ridge, NBC, Altoona, or whomever. Generally speaking that is true. It also applies to most of the other sports as well.
I did not say, nor do I beleive they could presently, with all things considered hang with any of those teams you mentioned.
So slow down and read the whole post.

Re: chestnut Ridge. vs Bedford
I did read the whole post. I'm sorry, maybe I gave you the brow-beating that should have been directed to all the Ridge people on here. There's a lot of praise for Ridge, and it's not very founded.
