Joey Porter has rabies

Post by The Ancient Enemy »

I don't know if you guys saw this or not, but I just read the AP release on the whole Porter incident today before the Steelers game. You can read the whole article by clicking this link. Here's a quote from the article.

"I apologize to Willie (Green) and the whole Browns organization. It's not easy for me to be able to sit here and say this. But last night I was digging in the thrash and I got bit by a raccoon."

I heard that William Green spat at him, and Joey Porter responded by bloodying his lip. They both got kicked out.

Why were the teams that close to one another, if you look closely and away from the fighting, Bettis and Ward are in the foreground and background respectively. The whole situation should have never happened and what happened was handled properly by the NFL at the time and I would look for fines to follow.

Nobody ever said the Steelers weren't good CT. Infact this topic had absolutly nothing to do with that at all...
