Pres. Bush victim of his own illusion?! READ TO FIND OUT!

Post by The Ancient Enemy »

So this is the dream I had last night.

I was in the White House on some kind of school trip, or some kind of tour. We were all sitting at this rectangular table in a room, and off to my right were glass doors and windows at the end of the room. There are people to my right, but not to the left, because I'm the last one at the table. Across from me is President Bush, sitting sideways in a gray suit with his right arm up on the table. He he talking to this guy casually, and has his head resting on his index finger. There are no guards in the room except two guys down by the doors, and they aren't paying any attention. The entire room is very casual, and no one is swarming the president, trying to talk to him. I guess this was because we had been there awhile and the whole 'celebrity' thing died off already. People were talking amongst themselves, that guy was talking to Bush, and I was sitting there twiddling my thumbs across from the president. I did not want to be there any more, and I was very bored and didn't want to talk to Bush. But in my dream I told myself, 'don't be an ***hole just because you don't like him, be polite'. So I was sitting there and sitting there, and finally I decided to talk to him. I said, "Hey how great is that Peyton Manning commercial where he goes," and I put my arms like Manning, "Cut that meat! Cut that meat!" Bush turns and laughs, but it's more of a 'wow what a crazy guy, I can't believe he brought that up' kind of a laugh. So he turns back to the other man, and it's important to note that Bush did not blow me off, he thought I was done talking. So I said, "Hey you ever see those Emerald Nuts commercials? Those are REAL great." Bush starts laughing, and puts his arm down from his face. Then I looked at the windows, and I could see something orange off in the distance, and the ground started to shake. People started to get antsy, and when they noticed a fireball was heading towards the windows, they started to get up and start screaming. Bush stood up and just stared. I jumped up from my seat out of instinct and just leaped across the table at the president, yelling, "GET DOWN, GET DOWN!" But he kind of rolled his shoulder and I fell to the floor. He continued to just stand there, and now the fireball was very close. I was reaching up and tugging at the back of his suit coat, saying, "Hey get down! Hey! Get down!" The fireball hit the windows and and I stuck my head under a chair, covering my head with my hands as glass shards flew across the room. When the glass stopped, which was pretty quick, I looked up to see that Bush was gone. I crawled out from under the seat and turned to see Bush was sitting right behind me, on his knees, with his face about 5 inches from mine. He looked very surprised and pretty shook up. He said, "That was really something!" I just said, "Yeah..." and turned to see some people standing up and collecting themselves with the help of some guards. Bush and I got up, and I looked and noticed that the windows never actually exploded and there were no fire marks anywhere in the room. I turned to the president, and he explained it was all an illusion, saying, "We wanted to test this new device on bystanders, but that was a lot more real than I imagined." I just kind of nodded. Bush then started using his hands to illustrate what he was saying: "You know how that plane hit the World Trade Center? Well, now we have a device that can trace the nautilus of the trajectory of a moving object, so we know exactly where it came from." I looked at him and said, "I thought we could do that for awhile?" He responded, "Yeah, maybe." Now, in real life, I have no idea what the "nautilus of the trajectory" means. But back in dreamworld, some people came into the room and Bush left with them, and once all the members of my group were back in control of themselves after the test, they all left. But for some reason I was still in the room, by myself. I started to look at the paintings and whatnot that were on the walls, and someone turned the lights down real low, obviously thinking the room was empty. I looked over to my left, and there were two marble staircases that led up to the same door. There was a man standing up there with a machine gun. Then I heard these two other men walking, and one of them said something about "Stage two is now complete." I knew in my dream that these were not good dudes, but were a couple of bad dudes. The guy with the machine gun also heard them talking, and came running down the steps to find them. Apparently the White House hires fat truck drivers to be security guards, because that's exactly what that man was. Then I woke up.
