I agree, I might have read the "blowout" thing the wrong way, and I apologize.
The thing we need to be thankful for is the fact that we still have the athletes to compete on a national scale, and this incoming class is no different. We know what the problem is in State College. 90% of programs don't know why they're terrible, or have recruiting problems regardless.
This is how I look at Penn State, think of it kinda like this: You invent some new machine that will help people in their every day lives. You build it, and it works about 90% but one thing keeps screwing up on it, and it's not ready and hasn't been for awhile. You know exactly what the problem is, but you need to replace that one cog and it will be excellent. That's basically Penn State, kinda.
