It doesn't come down to one wrestler winning or losing, it takes the whole team effort to win the match, don't be so hard on yourself, everyone can always be better. And as far as the rangers having nothing, I do not agree with that. They have had something for years. But that doesn't mean that Ridge didnt have something. And it sure wasn't the water. Some of it could have been coaching and the way they put the line-up. Either way it was a good match. Just go on to the next match.

At this point in the season, I don't think the schedule makes much of a difference, but come March it is best that you have seen state quality wrestlers before that point. You don't want you first two matches at Hershey to be the first of that caliber. I wish I would have seen tournaments like the Thomas tourny and the PC tourny before I had got down to Hershey. But it isn't something that you can't overcome either.

Listen, The bottom line is that it was a great match by two powerful teams. Do I think that either of the teams are the best in the State, District, County, town, etc.? Not necessarily. Forest Hills was the better team that night--the next time it could easily be Ridge, you never know. That is why they wrestle the match. I have said all along and I still believe that: The teams to beat in District 5 are Chestnut Ridge, Bedford, and North Star and in District 6 Tyrone, Claysburg, and Forest Hills. Let it be said that this is my opinion only and that there are sleepers in every pack, but you have to be ready to wrestle at all times. If you are not on top of your game, YOU WILL GET SERVED! It doesn't matter how good you think you are, there are always better out there. In closing, I have to agree that the strength of schedule that we wrestle is to our benefit. That is not to say that Chestnut Ridge suffers from their schedule. I can't say that is a fact I don't know. We are a stronger team for wrestling with teams such as Easton, Reynolds, Fort Lebouf, Bloomsburg, Wilson, etc. We take beatings, but it only makes you tougher that way. To be the best, you must beat the best. Let's just be thankful that we have all these great teams and individuals to watch right here in western PA!!!!

Ok forest hills yes you won you can say that and litle more. you guys won by three points its not like you emberassed them and if you are so superior then you should have won by at least nine. and yes manheim and king of the mountain are probably the most competetive tourneys in the state/ region but i seariously think bedford tourney which ( is not local considering 24 teams compete) and penn cambria are harder than top hat. and why is it that one of your major competitiors (westmont as stated) didnt even take top 3 at the township "jv tourney"

Actually, I believe Westmont did take 3rd at TWP. Maybe your head is in the clouds.
