Is Katie Novak back to 100%?

Well the match-up between Garlock & Lape was not as expected. Due to the fact that the score was so one sided in Bedford's favor, Garlock really didn't get that much time on the floor. The time that they were in the game together was limited. I would have to say the advantage was Garlock. Lape did post only four points for the night, which was towards the end of the game after Bedford cleared the bench. Garlock had two while she was in there, but I think they were from the foul shots. Not what was expected. These two centers have really developed a respect for each other over the seasons they have played against one another. A great competitive friendship has grown.

Now there is still one more match-up between these two left in regular season which will be at Bedford on Feb. 8th.

Time to return the favor. SOunds like it could be a crunch time game to determine the offseason.

Schedule for this week..

Tomorrow the girls have a game at Southern Fulton. SF is a tough team, and yet beatable if the girls give it all they've got.

And the only other game this week is on Friday at Rockwood.

The girls lost to SF...they were in it the first quarter but slipped during the second. Then they tried to come back in the second half but just couldn't come back from being down in the second quarter. Their record is currently 9-11 with 4 games left in their regular season. They have an away game tomorrow at Rockwood. Good luck girls!

The girls had a lot of intensity against Rockwood. They really put up a tough fight in the first half, but things started to slip and shots weren't falling.

Monday is senior night for Ridge...they play NBC. Good luck!
