Sorry for my rather long sabbatical. My account didn't work because Prillian or whatever (I didn't use it anyway) couldn't figure out who I was. Anyway, I really hope Clinton doesn't run. The only way she would win is maybe if Jeb runs and Bush keeps messing up. Though some people seem to like how he messes up, oh well. Anyway, I don't really care, as I don't like either party. Who knows, maybe if she runs, more votes will go to the LP. One can only hope. Here is to taking New Hampshire by 2010!

Erm, a Conservative Libertarian is a Republican. I doubt they will catch the hacker unless he brags about it, unless their host happens to log IP addresses.

I wonder whom will get caught first, the Bleacher Coach hacker, Osama bin Laden, the anthrax killer, or Ken Lay will server jail time?

We also are for the complete legalization of all drugs. Why should you be able to tell me what I can put in my body? (Note: they would only be legalized for use on private property. Shooting smack into your eyeballs and driving would still be illegal.) We are also anti-Patriot Act and anti-war. On the other side, we are anti-taxes (At least in the outrageous proportions that are used today. This is why I call Wilson a Commie.), anti-welfare (This is why I call FDR a Commie.). Well, we are anti-just about everything that doesn't protect the rights of Americans.

That is exactly why Libertarians are a very small percentage of the population.

They are against everything.

They have no solutions to offer?

And they are preaching an unrealistic, unattainable, ideal.

Anti-everything was a bit inappropriate. We are actually for just about everything that does not infringe on the rights of Americans. Sadly, most laws in America are pointless, infringe on rights, or are just plain wrong. No smoking in a bar while in NYC? What the hell? It's private property, the government shouldn't be able to say things like that. No smoking in the street? Ok.
Solutions to what? Not that it matters. I mean FDR had a solution. It just happened to make the Great Depression worse instead of better.
Idealistic? Why thank you. I have more respect for an extremist that believes in what he says then a centralist that is only central to gain votes.

The reason we are a small percentage is because of the two party system. That and people are highly susceptible to propaganda. Oh well, statistically, the LP has a higher average intelligence then either of the main parties. I like being able to say I am with the smartest 1% in America.
