TM's new football coach

I hope I'm not jumping the gun but I was told tonight by a reliable source that Kevin Steele, a former TM football & hoops player in early to mid 90's who had been coaching in Maryland would be named Head Coach tonight. Apparently their is no teaching job involved.

The surprise here is that nothing worked out with former Juniata College coach Kevin Burke who would have been a real plum for TM to catch or that the Titan brass did not even bother interviewing PC's Ron Walters who was very interested and possessed a teaching certificate congruent with what TM apparently had available.

Anyway, if this indeed is the case...Good Luck Kevin Steele! He was a competitor when he played for TM and perhaps his ties to the TM hoops program and Dave Bailey will help get the basketball athletes to put on the pads.

I think a person can build a quality program at TM. Best of luck to whomever steps in.

I feel bad for whoever steps in to the program. I can't see tussey being a powerhouse team any time soon.
