A TRIBUNE-DEMOCRAT ARTICLE...

Forest Hills coach Lance McGough will lead the Cambria County boys squad into action. McGough's team features a distinctive LHAC flavor and two of his Forest Hills charges in Ronnie Klein and Jeff Rolla.

Bishop Guilfoyle coach Tom McConnell will direct the Blair County contingent. McConnell will look to Altoona's Brian Forney and David Thompson, Bellwood-Antis' Paul Grenier and Aaron Bell along with Central's Adam Betchel, Bruce Helsey of Claysburg-Kimmel and Hollidaysburg's Tyson Maugle and Spencer Nicholson. Tyrone's Kevin Hershberger and Williamsburg's Ben Landis round out the Blair boys team.

Cambria Heights coach Lee Stanek has been given the reins to Cambria County's girls team with a who's who of area seniors joining him in battle.

Bishop Carroll's Leah Shrift and Alyse Semetosky will be joined by Bishop McCort's trio of Dani McIntyre, Jessica Mock and Rachael Price.

Central Cambria's Danielle Baughman, Forest Hills' Kellie Skoner, Lindsey McCombie of Northern Cambria, Richland's Rose Klinar and three players from Westmont Hilltop's PIAA Class AA runner-up team in Kristen Maurer, Deanna Roberts and Kaitlin Urban complete the roster.

Coach Nick Lovrich (Bellwood-Antis) will have Altoona's Lindsey Bush, Ashley Earnest and Kristi Little, Steph Hatch of Bellwood-Antis, Lindsey Sisser of Bishop Guilfoyle, Central's Rebecca Crooks, Claysburg-Kimmel's Sasha Hileman, Hollidaysburg's Andrea Cooper and Allison Smith, Tyrone's Hillary McNellis and Williamsburg's Amber Severa and Morgan Tate along his bench.

All proceeds from the game will benefit the Big John Riley Memorial Scholarship at St. Francis. Tickets will be on sale at the door.
