I couldnt find it in a past post but since i havent saw his name and bellwoods best sprinter is a 12.5 im guessing not. So was Kanuch's prelim time of 10.59 FAT and then the timing went down or was it handheld as well? either way, look out for them again. They keep coming up with insane distance guys as well.
