What are the areas 4 by 4 relay teams looking like?

Our relay team is okay. We have some girls who could knock the socks off everyone if the rest of the team was as strong. But there's effort their. McCort's is awesome, well I'm in awe of them.

Mccort won the girls relay and mcconelsburg won the guys. Bedford got 2nd in both

Well I think both of Chestnut Ridges relays team are doing good.The A team is 2nd in the district and the B team is made completely from fresman and their running around a 3:58 and each of them have around a 58 split time or better.They have even beat a couple of teams and may beat a couple of more!
