does anybody know of any running camps or anything during the spring or summer? in the state or in maryland!!!

Penn State has running camps. Go to their athletics website and there are links to their summer athletic camps on there.

i'm looking to run in college so i am hoping to get in better shape for cross country and track and field!!!
