Which 3200 relay teams are the best and which will go to states?

It will be interseting to see with 3-4 teams all i the 8:40's . It's going to depend on who is on that day.

windber mcconelsburg bedford and ridge, meyersdale even and nbc could be a surprise they are starting to pick it up a notch!


for girls nbc is decent and ridge bedford berlin among others!

Bedford's not up to par...they should be doing better, what were they...tenth in the state last year?

yeah it was 10th but there was one girl who graduated and mandy hampson has been injured on and off since then so mandy is not up to par the way she was last year at least!

good luck girls pick it up a notch come districts!!!

how can the nbc boys teams even compete ... they got blown out by the ridge 3200 relay that was missing a 2:10 runner

i'm saying they will compete if they can pick up where we left off from years past but most of them have never ran before except horton! this is the first year that we haven't been right around 9 min or under for about 6 years and the first year where we aren't averaging about a 9:15 or so.

so look for them to pick up and be a surprise but we'll see come districts!

I say it's gonna be beween Ridge and McConellsburgh. The ridge realy is very strong and if they find a forth runner that can run a 2:10, it's gonna be the best in the disrict. But the top 3 teams are pretty close together.
The can be no backing down if u want to win!!!!

ridge edged out mcconnellsburg in the 3200 relaty at sidling hill, we had two runners that usually run 208 209 run 216's so if mcconnellsburgs team runs there best at districts i think they will win it.
