Which one is running the 13.3? The only decent runner I saw on the team was Amanda Ritchey, the rest were just mediocre.

Anybody up for a Beef relay at the end of the county meet? I think we have plenty of teams running them this year. Just a thought.

Beef relays are one of my favorites to watch! Ridge ran one for the boys and girls tonight against Bishop Guilfoyle.

nah duece... they had a guy beef relay but no girls... it's kinda funny...if it weren't for a poor handoff our boys beef relay would have won against thier regular relay team.

No, i clearly saw them running, and I wasnt as impressed as everyone else seems to be. I'm not saying they are horrible, but they're not going to states or anything. If they prove me wrong, I'll completely take back everything I said, but I dont think I have anything to worry about.

(Just having an actual track to run on finally doesnt make you the best team, you have to prove something for that title.)
