I'd like to say congrats to both Bedford relay teams. The boys' win was a given, but the girls' race was going to be a toss-up between Bedford and Shade. I wish it was like that two years ago, but I'm so proud of them this year! Jess4 I love you!

the bedford girls should make some noise at states! from not even being seeded in the district midway through the year to becoming the top seed in the 4x100m relay they should make it to the finals!

No, if bedford runs 52 flat they still won't make the finals. My senior year our relay ran a 51.4 and didn't even come close to making it to the finals. THe top team ran in the 48's. you better run in the 50's if you want to make it to the finals.

i don't think it's that fast this year cuz the best time i have seen so far by any team in the state AA or AAA is altoona with a 49 something relay time!

but they could have gotten better as the year has went by!

so don't hold me to that!

I'd imagine teams have gotten better by now. Everything starts to click right when districts comes around. What Bedford ran at districts was their best time yet.
