It took me a few days...but I finally realized what movie it was.
Men forget everything; women remember everything. That's why men need instant replays in sports. They've already forgotten what happened.

How bout this one...it is from an older early 90s movie that is AWESOME and I just saw for the first time last night. I hope someone gets this one.... and when someone does...if you've never seen this movie...go to Wal Mart and buy it for 7.50. The one liners are great and I think this is the type of movie that might have had been some of the inspiration for a classic like Bad Boys.

**Discussing cutting a guy's eye out, and this guy is one tough movie character.

"You think you are so freaking cool. But for once, I'd just love to hear you scream..."
"Play some rap music then."

Same movie...while being questioned by a few guys...

"Can I have a cigarette?"
Sure
"I'm going to need a light too"
>Sticks cigarette in his mouth and leans forward for a light...the bad guy leans out the lighter and then drills him in the face.
"It seems I dropped my cigarette, can I have another?"
Haha, sure.
"It looks like I'm going to need a light...touch me again I'll kill ya"
>Leans forward and gets drilled again...spits out the blood while the bad guy laughs. Suddenly he punches the bad guy in the face who promptly drops flat on his back dead.
"Told ya"

Close.....it does have Bruce Willis in it. But it is The Last Boy Scout. I wasn't big on it...Die Hard is more my thing. This movie is too anti-female...

However....

"What's your name? "
"Well, my name is Jim. But, most people call me . . . Jim."
