Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but i think this year is the first year that D5AA is having a tournament of its own. In prior years, I think the AA teams competed in the D6 tourney.

I do believe you're correct...several teams were bumped up to the AA level to allow for the D-5 to have its own AA but in previous years I think Bedford had to compete w/ D-6 but because of some teams moving up there were enough teams to fill the needed (i think) 4 teams (there is currently 5). I'm not positive but i think the teams who moved up were Ridge, Everett, and Windber

Well its the night before the big game and from what i know it is supposed to be starting at 430 tomorrow at NBC....The cow pasture field seems to be a lil dropoff from the great Curve stadium where the D-6 championship is being held but either way this is what game will decide the champ. Good luck to all in this game but and hopefully all will go well for Bedford!

alot of guys could hit it out of PNC but we us metal bats so it makes a difference
