Summer Runs
Now that track is over I am interested in finding some 5k runs and some triathlons. If you know of any in this area could you post the info.

i really can't post the info for the runs and triathlons but if you go to endurance athletics in altoona they have a bunch of applications for road races, triathlons, duathlons, biathlons and marathons, etc!
and/or you could go to http://www.enduranceathletics.com
or http://www.runnersworld.com click on race calender on the home page and then you can type the type of race and distance when and where to look and give you all kinds of results!
i have some more info here at my house for certain races!
if you are interested you can pm or im me and i can fax them to you but there are 2 races coming up that you may be interested in that i will be attending!
and they are!
a 5k run at delgrosso park which you need to go to the race to sign up now! but it starts at 9:00 am sunday june 5th!
and the other is a 5k or 10k run (your choice) at the lower trail in williamsburg, at 6:30 pm wednesday june 15th! and again since it is pretty soon then you have to register right b4 the race again!
but these are supposed to be 2 really great fun races!
if you need directions or anything else just let me know!
