i never said that marshall would have beaten kanuch i said he had a chance at 2nd since he was on;y 3/4 of an inch from it and i never said bedford would have had a chance at the title i said a def 3rd and they would have been close to the top 2 teams but i didn't say they would beat them although i was hoping they would have!

but with derrick harris being there it would have made a tremendous difference escpecially in the long jump cuz his best jump this year was an inch above the winning jump at states! and kanuch i thought would have blown out the field considering he jumped over 23 feet this year and was the 1st seed! derrick i know b4 districts was the 2nd seed in the state but that may have changed!

yeah, but seeds dont matter. I dont doubt that Derrick would have placed. But look at the winner of the event. He was seeded roughly 24th or so coming in. You never know what could happen. And that was Marshall's best jump ever by about 10 inches so not saying he wasnt going to improve on it, but it isnt all that likely. The 4X1 may have moved up a couple of spots but i dont think their 4X4 does too much else with Marhall healthy. They had to run a 3:26 to make finals.
