The old adage about a small fish in a big pond applies here. While it's nice to be able to win your 'conference' or District, in anything, when you take on outfits from the entire STATE you're definitely stepping out of the little local "pond", and if you are GOOD enough to win STATES, you've accomplished something. Anytime I can praise the accomplishments of FH on here, I'm going to do it. For those of you who can't stomach anyone saying something positive about FH, TOUGH! Choke on it. Deal with it in open competition or keep your comments to yourself.

BTW- I just re-read my post, I didn't mean it to be downplaying what the Rangers have done. Alot of schools would kill to have that many kids dedicated to the weightroom. What I meant, is that there are schools that stress weight-training just as much but don't much care about competing in the weightroom. End results in November is what many look for.
