NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flea, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you against the Patriot Act? But yet it's ok to "discretely placed some bugs" in Michael Jackson's home?
I was thinking the exact same thing. Sounds a bit hypocritical.
Although, when it comes to child molestors, anything they can do to put them away I'm all for it. Anything.

Re: Michael Jackson
Well, I'm for first obtaining a search warrant, and getting the proper authorizations needed to place bugs in his house. If this isn't done legally, then the valueable evidence this would provide would be thrown right out of court. And there is a large different between legally obtaining a search warrant, authorization to place bugs in Michael Jackson's house, and then doing so, versus just putting bugs in his house without any legal process whatsoever (Patriot Act). Of course, if they couldn't get the necessary authorization to place bugs in his house, then they shouldn't, and it would be useless to do so simply because, as I said, the evidence would be thrown out of court.
Shychic, justice was served in this case, just as it should have been. At least according to the United States Constitution, which demands proof that the person is guilty beyong room for reasonable doubt, Michael Jackson is innocent. This is not to say that he did or did not commit the crimes of which he is accused. This is to say that the people accusing him were questionable enough as far as credibility and motives that they didn't have a leg to stand on. Besides that, there was no solid evidence to back any of this up, especially since all the 'evidence' was basically witness testimony, which depending on the circumstances, may not be very reliable. So in the eyes of the law, Michael Jackson is totally innocent.
However, I still think that anybody who would let their kids anywhere near him and his Neverland Ranch is nuts and/or greedy. Common sense dictates that one should keep small boys far far away from this man.
