Re: Valley Road @ the Bedford Fair
Right so here's just some clarification for some of you-- Valley Road is a progressive Rock band that has influences from fall out boy and what not. We're not a 'county band' this is just something the 4 of us love to do-- I highly recommend you going to our site and maybe reading a little bit about us (Click here) -- If you've heard us in the past, and aren’t particularly impressed I strongly recommend you coming to listen again sometime because some big changes have been done, and we don't sound much like we used too. So yeah, thanks

'Not thanks?'..... Right, everyone's entitled to they're own opinion -- BUT I wouldn't knock us just yet, you say you like fall out boy right? well AP magazine categorizes them as Power Pop/ Pop/ Punk -- And I feel confident if some one said they're 'power pop' you wouldn't be interested them either. Progressive Rock is just a very loose term we describe our selves with because we really don’t fit into one genre or another, its hard to explain, but if you enjoy a lot of ‘main stream bands’ or whatever you want to call them, I think you’d like us. But if you still fee like saying ‘not thanks’, that’s cool too.

HAHAHAHA-- I’m not going to say there's anything wrong with country because there's not. I was raised on it. BUT- my respect for you my friend just dropped 12 fold. 'real music' is your option, but I’d hardly consider that 'real music.' Go back to the foundation of music, Jazz, classical, rhythm and blues. That’s real music.--But on another note, the show went well.
