Re: Penn State vs Indiana Basketball
Yeah, have to think Reaves makes a difference.
18 games in, 12-6. No real good wins, a few bad losses and 2-3 in-conference. 13 games left. Have to think they need to go 9-4 down the stretch. OR, maybe 8-5 with a few B1G tournament wins.
Are there 9 wins left on the schedule? I'm not a PSU fan, so I don't really know.

No, Pitt is the worst power five team in college basketball this season.

Ehh I don’t think they are the worst. Gotta be a pac 12 bottom feeder or an SEC team that’s worse

9 winnable game? Sure. 9 wins? Doubtful. I'm guessing 19-12. To get to 20 wins they will need to pull an upset or 2 somewhere.Crimson's Ghost wrote:Yeah, have to think Reaves makes a difference.

PSU was able to beat Nebraska tonight in overtime, despite Josh Reaves missing another game for academics. Concerning Josh Reaves, Pat Chambers stated, "Josh doesn't know the meaning of the word quit. Josh doesn't know the meaning of the word fear. In fact, I've seen his grades, and he doesn't know the meaning of a lot of words.

Could really use Reaves Monday night at home vs Minnesota. Tough but winnable game. Need to get a couple of those. Minnesota was ranked as high as #12 this season but has since lost some players to some off court issues and just lost back to back games to Indiana and Northwestern.

I’m a psu supporter and moldy usually rubs me the wrong way with his smarta** words he uses about penn state. All that said I found myself laughing at this.El-Moldo wrote:PSU was able to beat Nebraska tonight in overtime, despite Josh Reaves missing another game for academics. We've seen it before. We'll see it again. PSU loses to Minnesota by 9 in overtime tonight at the BJC. Only 5 different players scored for the Nits. Jamari Wheeler played 22 minutes. No points. 3 others less than 10 minutes total. Several starters playing over 40 minutes. In an overtime game, there are 225 total minutes played ( 5 X 45 ). Bench responsible for about 35 minutes playing time tonight.

A 9 point conference losss sounds pretty good, Pitt should try that.
