Seeing those girls' relay times reminds me of when I was in HS...

I raced against our girls' 4x100 in a practice one day (I ran the full lap) and beat them. I think I ran a :53 and they were a second behind me.

I bet them that I'd win...The girls lost and they had to pay up. I will not reveal what the "pay up" was.

Coach Washington already has the Bedford girls long distance times in mid-season form. Those 1600 and 3200 times are quite impressive as is the 3200 relay time.

I believe Bedford ran a 45 somethin.....without without derrick harris or brian duff...both whom will start saturday in altoona

aliquippa's tommie campbell (pitt football) ran a 10.8 at their first meet.

Well we have a new mid-distance coach, and a lot of the returning distance and middle distance girls have stepped it up a notch, giving more than they have in the past.

i also agree that the bedford girls long distance team has improved greatly since last year...very impressive i do say so myself...

looking over this page just made me so incredibly depressed, knowing that theres not someone taking over my position as statman extrordonaire really makes me wanna cry. its sad not seeing a complete breakdown of all the bedford meets thus far...tsk tsk.
