I wouldn't start trash talking on bedford just yet there young gun....a school like Bedford can always find ways to win and I'm sure they will have their share of wins this year.

i know they are well capable of doin stuff like that. I have seen it happen. But, this year i think will be different for a change, that is as long as trevor didnt mess himself up too bad at the bball game tonight.

Yea...i hope he will be back in time for at least most of track season and it wont hinder him too much...who else does ridge have in the pole vault?

lets see, just trevor and a couple other people who will proly go 9' and thats it. I think the other person is a sophmore.

Thats right...McVicker did pole vault last year...he has really good form on all his jumps, but the thing he needs now is speed. He needs to be running and working out and he could be a key player in years to come, he has a lot of potential...the question is will he use it. After this year Ridge is losing a lot in the jumps and pole vault and will need someone to step up. That could be him...it might not be
