What do you think will be Ridge's strengths and weaknesses?

Their biggest strenght will be competing in the SHL, giving them probably another 1 or 2 loss team (depending on how good Mcbug will be)...their weakness...the fact that they will get blown out by Bedford and the Somerset County Teams at districts

actually i think that ridge will have a good team this year if they have everybody that they had back last year that has hasn't graduated then they should do well...
but i am anxious to see how bedford will do without troy harris now
they still have derrick and jon marshall
but if they are injury prone like last year then i kinda dread to see how they will do
cuz i think that marshall had something wrong with his back and derrick
broke his leg
but it will be a little more interesting this year because last year i thought that bedford was just too dominate

Bedford isn't going to blow anybody out this year. DHarris is broken. Marshall will be. I think it will be a good meet. Ridge has 2 returning state medalists and depth. What did they lose from last year? And what Somerset County team beat Ridge at Districts?

ah yes, blown out by somerset schools. Don't remember that one but hey whatever you want to think. And of course since we dont compete in the mighty LHC we dont compete against anyone. Of course since all Sideling Hill teams are in D5 then i guess that doesnt say much for Bedford's D5 titles then. And no, i dont think there will be any blow-outs this year for them, even with Harris and Marshall. Dont know how the dual meet will go, but look out for Counties and Districts. It should be a much closer meet than last year.

it will be a bit closer then in the past 2 or 3 years between bedford and ridge as like you said about ridge having the medalists back
but so does bedford and if they are healthy then it should make for an interesting meet

ok, i think whoever said that ridge is gonna get blown out by bedford and somerset county schools is out of their mind unless u are talkin bout girls. Bedford is not near as good this year as everyone thinks, ridge has great depth though. And as rumor has it jordan downey and freddy wolfe are comin out to help the 800 relay so they are gonna do good this year, even if they dont come out. Gunner u just need to face the facts, ridge has 3 returning districts winners, high jump, long jump, and pole vault. We will definately give other events a run for their money this year too. I hate to say this but it hink bedford track is gonna do somthin like their basketball team did this year. ha, and that dont say much!
