First off congrats to RizRams. At least the they are finally using him the right way. An average hs football player, in AA cant stop him. It took a long time for some people to realize that. Most teams with a horse like rizzo would win most games and beat two weak playoff opponents, next week against Tyrone will tell whether or not they are a good team. Once playoffs start, I cheer for all LH teams, so I hope they win. However, Franco is a veteran coach and Tyrone has been here many of times. The only player Richland has, that the championship stage wouldnt phase is Rizzo. Tyrone will come out and use its coaching and big game experience to overwhelm the Rams. PO seemed helpless trying to contend with Rizzo. Tyrone wont stop him, but will slow him down. And Franco will have a field day against a historical horrible Defense.

Hey Jack, you're making BM look bad here...BM was a decent team this year and lost in the playoffs, final.

When it comes time for the playoffs, always gotta root for the home town/LHAC/D6 teams to win, rivals or not, whether they beat you this year, or not.

Trust me, I know the Rizzo family and it stinks that they left BM as a whole (not just their catering either!).

I hope to see Richland knock off Tyrone, I really do.

Congrats to Richland, keep it up boys. I can't fathom why there was such a push to get rid of Bailey. Him and his staff have done a great job.

And oh yeah, contrary to the crack Tribune reporting, Richland has been in the district 6 championship game before.

I agree with you. My big concern is the Franco boy(QB) against a not so good pass defence of Richland. Richland has just flat out, outscored the other teams this year. This week they will have to stop a good Tyrone team on defence to win the D6 tittle.

I'll be the first one to say McCort wasn't as good this year as past year, but they doesn't change the fact they easily could have beaten Richland and Bellwood. And I also know the Rizzo family, not knocking them at all they are nice folks, I was just saying I don't think Richland is any good without Johnny. And I've said it before, I'll say it again you couldn't pay me to root for Richland haha.

Look, Aside from the basic unfairness of recruiting kids to play and then playing in single-A, I am not going to bad mouth BM's effort or team. They are talented and well-coached on the varsity level with the exception of a nut-puncher here or there. But really, you need to quit being such a poor loser. We beat BM. Bellwood beat BM. End of statement. If you don't want to root for us, fine. But don't come on here puffing your chest about how BM could do this or do that. It is really unbecoming and reflects poorly on you and the entire BM program.

I wish the best for Richland, as a FH alum i do not like Tyrone. As for the BM kid, has any of you ever been in a pile for a fumble. Nut punching is not the worst thing that goes on. No, it shouln't happen, but get over it being a kid from BM. It happens at a lot of games.
