What is the status of Rockwood's football team? I really don't see anywhere for BC to go.

Rockwood has a co-op with Berlin. That is why Berlin is AA now.

Rockwood had been fielding a junior high team in the recent past. Are they close to being able to field their own varsity team again?

Berlin lists 55 on their roster, how many are from Rockwood?

I think Rockwood has 12 on the varsity roster.

I doubt they will field a varsity team anytime soon. I think Berlin would like the co-op to continue due to some very small classes in grades K thru 7. Berlin has averaged about 80 in a class for decades. They will average only about 45 in coming years.

Rockwood hasn't had football at jr high or varsity for about 4 years. They do still have a midget league team.

The conference is already an even number of teams as this conference requires. If one team drops out ot this conference, it only makes sense to only add one team to keep the number of conference teams an even number. I'm sure the "two teams requirement" only applies if the current number of teams in the conference is already an even number.

With the Leechburg football team not finding any success whatsoever in the WPIAL, Leechburg will probably come knocking on the West Pac's door again. Will this situation become a two team addition problem in the West Pac?
