Today, Scout.com graded Mark Arcidiacono and Malcolm Willis, the 2 PSU commits from this week. They are both listed in their pre-2008 HS seasons as 3-star prospects. That's good for Penn State fans. When they get 4 or 5-star players, you can jump for joy, but 3 is the magic number for Penn State.

Ty Howle has still not been evaluated with a star status. There is a zero percent chance that that kid won't be at least a 3-star prospect after this upcoming season.
