Yes they really have come together as a team. I really think they can pull it together and get the win. I have never been as confident with any other team than i am for Windber. They can do it. The best of luck...

Windber- explosive passing. hardcore blockers. Tough halfback(2000+ yards).
Clairton- very quick on defense and offense

Explosive passing?

I was at the windber v. township game and it was all running. Strapple dropped back to pass over 20 times and only ended up throwing 11 times becuase he was pressured and there was no one open...of the 11 passes....6 were complete and most of them were on long plays with broken coverage....when windber needed to come up big on a 4th and 3 on the CT 25 yard line...interception....

Clairton's defense is un-effing-believable...i've seen them play a few times this year and their defensive core absolutely shut down people running games and passing games

Fort Cherry (8-2) had a great rushing attack this year, averaging over 245 yard per game on the ground
Clairton beat them 55-7 becuase they are just that tough

Look...I WANT windber to win this game...i hate the WPIAL...but i have seen these guys and other wpial teams play....its one thing to be confident...and its another to expect to win as if to almost overlook your oponent....everyone who is saying plus one is over looking your opponent, and history...no team from D-5has ever beat WPIAl in the first round of playoffs

I want the ramblers to win...i just do not see it happening...and if i was DeMarco...I'd be taking the approach of making you out to be the underdogs who are being overlooked by Clairton and you will catch them off guard by your style of offense and speed rather than taking the approach of "We are a force in motion that cant be stopped, even by the mighty undefeated WPIAL champions" it instills overconfidence and I guarantee if you keep up the +7 bullshift....you will come out flat and end up spotting clairton the first 2 scores
