TAE Knows It All
"First of all, I'm all about teams who are running out a funny bit. Texas Tech's offense is a bit. I appreciate the comedy of it, and I like when they score 70 points against Florida International. But, like my Toof N Nail cohort Christophurious said yesterday at PSU, "It's when you try to claim legitimacy that gets me irritated." Don't act like Texas Tech acts and then want people to take you seriously. We all know Mike Leach is losing at least 2 games this season. I dont care if you went out and got a new DC, your team is a joke. And that's fine, and I like that, but dont pretend you have any business in the top 10. There's 30 teams better than Texas Tech.
2. You should be punished for these asinine schedules, NOT REWARDED. Okay, the NCAA went to a 12th game, if you want an extra home game for extra revenue, I'm fine with you scheduling a I-AA opponent. But I am NOT fine with you playing TWO of them. Why in the hell was Florida State put in the top 25 last week after wins over 2 I-AA teams, both of which were doormats even by I-AA standards? You've got to be kidding me. FSU has done NOTHING to deserve a ranking in the past 5 seasons, let alone after 2 wins like that. And you saw last night exactly why FSU shouldn't have been ranked. That's exactly what is gonna happen to Texas Tech when they play Oklahoma and Texas. They'll probably lose to Kansas, too. But yet TTU has played TWO I-AA opponents, a terrible SMU, and a Nevada team who will do decently in the WAC this year but will never beat a BCS school. You're telling me that Texas Tech deserves to be ranked at 10th in the country? They should have DROPPED spots after those wins over I-AA schools. That'll stop people from scheduling them pretty dang quick.
3. I am changing my Texas Tech placement in my top 25. I pretty much didnt realize they had 2 I-AA teams scheduled. Their offense is great, but there is no way in hell that team should be ranked higher than 17th. Ever."

Re: TAE Knows It All
"That's the stupidest thing I've read on here in weeks. "Some schools can't field a good basketball team". First of all, you don't need to recruit 25 players a season, you add about 3. Secondly, basketball is a sport where you will inherently win games you should not win, despite how bad you are. Third, they don't exactly play in the best basketball conference to begin with. Unranked WVU just pounded 13th ranked Ohio State to death in Columbus, proving points 2 and 3."
Take notice to the word "stupidest". Also, this is the same guy that told us a few days before this that the Big 10 was the best conference in College Basketball.
"Had a dream last night where Tony Davis got drafted in the 1st round. Woke up and saw an article on Rivals that said "Davis way more comfortable now that he's back at corner". I rest my case."
Tony Davis finished the season with 30 or so tackles and one interception. He's definitely a first rounder.
"Are you ready for the Owls to scare Texas?"
Texas 52 Florida Atlantic 10

Hey bawl-baby, I am not your father. Stop jumping for my affection. Your obsession with my acknowledgment of you has been noted by many and is psychotic. You have no idea how much fun we have when you get frustrated b/c I wont talk to you. Here's the link to Fidelity's website so you can buy stock in Kleenex:

It's just a movie, dawg.

Since Phil Steele is heralded as the most accurate preseason predictor, here are his picks. Keep in mind that the preseason magazines shoot for a 70% success rate. I don't think any of them will get that this year. I also do not have a staff that compiles stats all day like Vman's crack staff that hunts down illegal Forest Hills enrollment figures.

Jumping for your affection? I am showing that you act like you know everything, but when you look back on it, your information is worthless. You put predictions on here with someone that doesn't even post on the board. You said how much knowledge you have. Why don't you prove it for once?

Re: TAE Knows It All
Actually, we think its way funnier when you ask me every year to join the picks or the fantasy leagues.
WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Its also hilarious how you attack me as a writer as some kind of ammo for you, and then post "great job, TAE" every time I post an article.
You are better than Seinfeld, buddy. By all means, please keep it up.

Would you like to wager on that? Texas and two touchdowns? It would be like Christmas all over again.
