Week 1 Scores
For those of us with Blackberrys, iPhones, or any other means who like to post updates in game, please post the scores here to make it easier for people to get updates without having to look all over bleachercoaches to find them.

Seth Zaman scampered for 109 yds rushing and 121 receiving and George Bivens had over 200 yards in the air as Conemaugh Township rolled to a rout of Blacklick Valley by a score of 35 to 6.
Tyreke Baxter had the lone score for the Vikings, the two point conversion failed.
Either CT was severely underestimated, or BV has not improved as much as we all thought.

NB loses a heartbreaker to Mo Valley.
Panthers go up 13-0 behind Preston Albright's 19 first half carries for over 100 yards. NB had two chances to expand on the lead, but some mishaps and drops kept the score at 13-0. Late in the first half, with under a minute to go Mo Valley executes a hook and go play deep for a 50ish yard touchdown. The XP was blocked to make it 13-6 at the half.
In the second half, NB really couldn't find a rhythm. Mo got things going and scored to make it 13-12. On the xp, the snap was bad and Mo's holder or kicker ran a sweep to the right, there was a collision right at the pylon and the Mo player was ruled in. 14-13 Mo.
With 5ish minutes to go in the game, NB's defense stands tall. Mo has to punt from their own 20 on fourth and 12. NB's Logan Zimmerman blocked the punt and Cory Furry caught it in mid air running for about 10 yards. NB was in business inside the Mo 30. But...they didn't get it done and MV got the ball back. 4 plays later and the ball is in NB's hands again after a punt. MV intercepted a Joe Risbon pass and took it the distance to set the final at 21-13.
Noteworthy- lots of turnovers. Logan Fluke picked off two passes and Dylan Troutman one. Risbon was also intercepted 3 or 4 times. I don't believe there were any fumbles.
Logan Zimmerman, Jake Stern, and Dan Sollenberger all had sacks for NB.

Defense was very sporadic at Saxton tonight from both teams...TM put up 20 points in the first qtr and looked like it was going to be a night of coasting...Valley came alive in the middle quarters and was within one score for most of the fourth...Tussey's offense came alive again in the final frame...Highlights were Neuder runs early..then the two-handed reverses and awesome runs from Dane Diehl along with some steady carries from Jeff Wentz...
