McCort @ Carroll
The battle of the bishops, we've seen this 100 times before salem vs sponsky two of the best coaches in the area. Carroll comes in with a record of 7-1 having a bounce back year making up for being down the past few yearsand being well on their way to a top 3 or 4 seed in the D6 A playoffs. McCort on the other hand comes in struggling at 4-3 after being nothing short of dominate the last four years, and in grave danger of seeing their streak of 30+ winning seasons come to an end as well as possibly missing the playoffs. This is always a closely contested game even when Carroll has been down the past few years, last year at De Gol Field they gave McCort the closest conference game they had all year at 28-6, McCort has always struggled at De Gol between last year as well as a 13-9 victory in 2007 over a Carroll team that would finish 2-7. It'll be a close, hard fought, intense game I'm looking forward to being there. I know alot of people will take Carroll, but I think Coach Salem and the crew will have the boys fired up and ready to go and a desperate group of Crushers come out and get the job done against Carroll. Whats everyone think?

Keep playing for best public school in the district.
they STILL don't give a trophy for that.
Nick Saban wouldn't win at Ferndale?
Salem is one of the best coaches in the area, and has probably the best staff too. Your blind if you don't see that.

Re: McCort @ Carroll

Ill take carrol by 14, just wasn't impressed in McCort at all.

Re: McCort @ Carroll
If Carroll wins, this will give McCort their first losing season in many years. they would be 4-4 and then will get pounded by FH in week 9. If I was Salem, I would be planning a week ten opponent to try to go 5-5. State Championship to losing record, area recruits must be down. The mccort recruiters/coaches were seen at many jr high and peewee games looking for prospects to get back to a winning record.
