Bedford @ CK
I was looking at the paper this morning trying to figure out this match for Saturday. Right now I have it @ 32-31 Claysburg.
So obviously I need to try to find a few more points for Bedford.

That's a good one. I'll give you a call.... I know you have lots more experience on giving them. HAHA
BTW.. Was that an excuse from Jan Clark in the paper?
Looks like it's contagious.

Re: Bedford @ CK
The Bison coaching staff has to take the credit for this loss. CK outcoached the Bisons today. At 125 they have to tell Shane to stay out of the throws. You simply cannot let your wrestlers make those mistakes in a big match. Congrads to Claysburg on a big win.
Re: Bedford @ CK
Blame the coaching staff? You can't blame the coaching staff for a kid winning 6-1 then getting headlocked and pinned late in the 3rd. Thats all on the kid. That was a very gutsy decision by Mario to throw Clayton Claar into that situaion and it looked like it was a bad move and Bedford was going to win the meet but that changed real quick. You also can't blame he coach for being in a tight match and getting pinned at 145. The only thing you can blame is youth. This Bedford team is going to be a force again real soon.
Big props to Claysburg, they really should have lost this afternoon and Thursday against Northern Bedford but the gutted it out like good teams do.

215 Krupa Fall
285 Frederick Bedford Fall.. He was leading like 8-0 at the time.
103 Easter Bedford 8-2 over Brown
112 Thomas Bedford 4-2 over Sell
119 Grimes Bedford OT dec over COX
125 Claar CK fall over Rininger. Rininger was winning like 6-1 with under 30 seconds to go and got headlocked and pinned.
130 Dodson CK maj dec Wilson
135 Dively CK inj. default over Weyandt. Weyandt first match back from serious injury in the preseason.
140 Claar CK tech fall over Dudek.
145 Weyant CK fall over Williams. Williams was leading and in the top postion when he got headlocked and pinned.
152 Aungst CK fall over Yingling
160 Ickes CK 5-3 over Koontz.
171 Gibbons with a quick fall
189 Brett Bedford fall over Lehman. Brett was leading 12-0 at the time. Was a little suprised with that match.
Both teams made some mistakes and Bedford had every chance to win but made too many mistakes.
Also was impressed with the way Brown wrestled Easter.
